Starting Off the Year $2.5 Million Strong.
April 15th, 2022 (Scottsdale, AZ)- The Norton for Congress campaign will report over $1 million in contributions and $2,500,000 cash on hand at the end of the first quarter of 2022.
“Congressman David Schweikert has failed his constituents and the voters are rightfully furious” Said Elena Ehrlin, Campaign Manager for Norton “Republicans are eager to have an ethical, conservative congressman in Elijah Norton rather than settling for a self-serving, dishonest, crook like David Schweikert.”
In 2020, David Schweikert received a unanimous formal Reprimand and fined $50,000 by his peers in Congress, and only a few months ago David was again forced to pay a $125,000 fine for a series of “knowing and willful” campaign finance misconduct. Furthermore, he used his donors’ money to pay the massive fine. His offenses include bank fraud, money laundering, and over $500,000 in missing funds.
