This Privacy Policy explains how Norton for Congress “campaign” or “we” or “us” collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you access or use our website, mobile site, and/or mobile application, collectively, the “Site” that link to this Privacy Policy.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, may provide you with additional notice on our website homepage or by sending you a notification or message. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you request information, make a donation, sign a petition, make a purchase, sign up to receive updates or alerts, fill out a form, connect through a social feed, sign up to be a volunteer, sign up to attend or host an event, submit a resume, create an account or profile, request support, communicate with us via third party social media sites, send us an email, or otherwise communicate with us. In response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law or legal process, including lawful requests by public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements;

YOUR RIGHTS

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

DATA RETENTION LENGTH

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
